What a credit buys
- 1 credit for a 2K image, 2 credits in 4K.
- Each format uses its own credit: the same look in 1:1 and in 9:16 is two images.
- 3 previews per credit, to choose before you confirm the image. Previews never use credits.
- The product description and the social media caption are included.
Frequently asked questions
How many credits for a look in several formats?
One credit per format in 2K, two in 4K. A look in 4 formats therefore uses 4 credits in 2K, 8 in 4K. The previews before that are free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits stay usable for two months: what you don't use one month rolls over to the next, no further. Pack credits stay valid for 12 months.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: until then, you keep access and your credits. After that, unused subscription credits expire. Pack credits keep their 12 months of validity.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from your account. Moving up takes effect immediately and you receive the difference in credits right away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period.
On the yearly plan, do I get all my credits at once?
No. The yearly plan is paid once, with two months free, but your credits are given every month, as on the monthly plan.
Can I use pieces with a logo?
Yes, if you hold the rights to that logo. Small printed text, fine logos and some details may differ from the original: check each image before you publish it.
Who owns the images?
You do. The generated images and texts are assigned to you for any use, including commercial use, worldwide.
Are the images marked as AI-generated?
They may carry an invisible watermark added by the technology provider, which you must not remove. Depending on how you use them, it is up to you to state that an image was generated by artificial intelligence.
